When you are ready to use it pop it in your mouth and bite down on it to give the illusion that there is blood coming out of your mouth.
The gelatin blood capsules are non-toxic and editable as long as they are filled with stage blood in case they are accidentally swallowed. Each package includes 12 capsules.
